But admins can both unblacklist and apply them, as well as bans, typically even to other users on the same user level and sometimes even higher...

No disrespect to Puf, but lets be real.... How many 2nd chances do you really need? This isn't Contra on the Nintendo, bruh. Every time he gets one, he shits on it. The other 5%, those are the few that actually decided to act right. I can count on one hand how many of those I know that actually came around and became decent members.

I guess he's funny, but not a good roleplayer and definetly does not take our server or our staff team seriously. He is a lose cannon, a liability to the whole server and it is clear as day that he has no intention on reading or following the server rules.
Given his constant ridiculing of the staff team it is a mistery to me why some of them still give him the respect he would not mutually give to them.
