Nope, just trying to keep this thread on topic as @Venom probably doesn't care for the discussion you're having with @Montyfatcat.
Anyway, @Venom if you count the UK as part of Europe, I'd recommend London myself but only if you go to the less visited and unusual places as a lot of the big things you think of like the London Eye etc. are very busy and overdone. Camden Market is very good for something to eat or drink and Hyde Park is great if you enjoy a good walk!
Lets not lie to ourselves, London is a shithole and is like another country.

I dunno man, I've been to London quite a few times and every time I've gone to more "out of the way" places, I've had a really good time.

If you're looking for that authentic middle-east city then London is your place. Nearly an identical replica minus the public executions.
