For me its quite obvious it was a dictatorship with all the things that have been mentioned. I could go through hours of going back and forth and nitpick what you have said kurdayeti but at this point I would rather this PR be concluded unless @Wesley Lawrence or anyone else has anything to add.
The last things i will add/say are :
The way you have communicated on this PR is exactly the reason why when you became president the police force immediately was taken a step back. You do not ask. You do not question. You command and demand.
Within Gmod you did nothing but yell and complain, demand and scream, and insult the government. You did demand our weapons to be removed, including during the protest. Claiming we can not protest with our weapons, claiming we can not protest in our uniform, when its the ENTIRE force. Is dictatorship in my opinion, especially when its a server based on American laws. You wanted absolute power. You wanted absolute say in everything. You demanded your police force to go through tests of loyalty. You ignored any requests for a peaceful meeting cause you were terrified, cause about 75% of the server population saw you as a corrupt powerhungry dictator in character. Once you had some SSA all of a sudden you show up pointing guns at people and demanding we remove our guns?
Imagine that scenario happen in America for me please. A states sheriff department peacefully protests for days and then the president/governor of that state comes with an armed guard pointing weapons saying "PUT DOWN YOUR GUNS AND UNIFORM OR YOU WILL BE DEMOTED"
I would love to know how that is democratic/non dictatory in any way.

None was demoted or punished for protesting against the President. There were two demotions which were legitimate and appropriate; one officer for pointing a gun at me and the Chief for tazing me as well as shooting at my SSA. Two of the officers were a threat to me and I had all the right to demote them. This also shows that this was not a peaceful protest.
I never ignored Moderator's orders, I would do that if I did demote someone for protesting, just like @Bambo said.

I did not ignore this and actually removed the law about non-lethal weaponry.

You don't need to take up your forum report on me here, it's unnecessary. By the way, you're reporting me for lying without proving that I've lied while you just lied here?
Also, I never demoted anyone because they protested but for other reasons. I've demoted 2 officers only and the reasons have been stated by both me and @Bambo.
This shows that the "peaceful protest" did not have any ground and any reason to protest further either as their requests were taken into consideration and the law that they complained about was REMOVED.
I have said mine and proved mine; the accusers have not. The only proof I've seen is one screenshot that doesn't show most of their accusations. You guys are making these vast accusations without proving it while I prove my claims, actions, and arguments.
I'd also like this PR concluded and see the results of it. Thank you.

Now, to conclude.
The law listed and several broadcasts showed that the president wasn't a Dictator.
With no serious evidence of dictator claims, with the demotions listed not going against what @Wesley Lawrence stated but being for another reason, this PR will be denied.
