I don't know about him but I personally do not care if 15 year olds are smoking tobacco or cannabis because it means they will live shorter life and their parent's will eventually receive karma in exchange for lack of parenting. I'm not great at English so apologies.

Cannabis can cause THC imbalances if your brain is not yet fully developed like it would be for 15 year olds, personally I know many people who have been smoking cannabis since around 15 and are now suffer from many personality and depression defect.

A good time medicated, not so when the medication is taken away. I rather have full control of my emotions and happiness and not rely on medication.

If you have anxiety you don't need the THC you need the hemp, you can actually get legal hemp.
