RE: Should demoted staff bans be upheld? - MrMarsh - Apr 29, 2018 Id agree with most of the comments: a staff member can be demoted for many things and pretty much any time one has been demoted (or resign volunterly [eg. due to lack of time etc.]) it was not related to his conduct of a ban or similar. So i wouldnt see a reason to change that. Exspecialy regarding the somehwat concerning extent of old/well known staff members who have left us throughout the past months i can say that most of them were doing an extraodinary job and had a very good conduct in terms of bans/penaltys. RE: Should demoted staff bans be upheld? - Fly - May 21, 2018 Couldn't this just be rephrased to 'should the staff sift through and review hundreds of punishments issued by a demoted staff member to check the validity of them'? RE: Should demoted staff bans be upheld? - BlackDog - May 22, 2018 A demotion, retirement, resignation and what not, does not suddenly make the punishments issued any less valid.
