You do realize spamming max jail sentence is actually a sign to get staff to butt in right? Especially with 30 minutes, if he's spamming that for people jaywalking or evading police (which IMO would be like 10-15 max), then make an @ call.
Well arrests are taken IC, and until this day, no staff gives a flying fu#k about them to this day.
They're IC, but staff can intervene if it's clearly FailRP. At least that's what I did for a short time before I was demoted.

In regards to the officer lying, that's in-character stuff. But if a player is clearly violating FailRP and is maliciously arresting you/setting bizarre jail times for no reason then, as @"Gungranny" said, staff can intervene and deal with that appropriately.

I rarely see that players with 10 hours be president and when they do; they're not too bad.

Not an issue of time, its an issue of visibility. 8 votes is not representative of what the community wants, truth be told most other suggestions with 8 votes would be denied on the grounds of lack of support, what is different in this case?
