Nobody thinks of you as honourable or righteous for stepping in when you're not explicitly requested or required, no matter the circumstances. That goes double when you start talking about yourself as if anyone cares how your day is going after trying to prove yourself as 'valiant', which, by the way, being a self-assumed keyboard warrior doesn't make you. If anyone besides the shooter here is disgusting, it's you for trying to tailor this situation to your benefit and improve your public image.
