I still think you leaving is stupid and that you should've stayed but I loved your work on the community, everything you've done is very much appreciated, you've made a big change and possibly even motivated a lot of staff to move and change with you.

Its not about public image, it's about how he feels about having the tag. If he doesnt want it there is no need to judge and jump to conclusions.
Bambo, you were an absolutely astounding asset to the team and a friend im glad to have. If you ever feel the spark coming back again you have my 100% support.
