RE: Staff to community Q & A - CeriseVanille - Jun 13, 2017 Are there any plans to revive the meth system and perhaps balancing it to match other money-making methods like woodcutting? (currently it seems like the existing staff have total rule over who gets promoted, while that's not a huge problem it would be nice for community members to put forward their ideas and concerns) Blackdog is a pretty good staff member, never heard about someone disliking him. This is just so as a community we no longer need to sit in the dark, and can be excited when projects are coming to the end (Not really updates on the project, just like a progression bar almost into how far of that specific project you are) or, for us to be excited in the long run for larger projects RE: Staff to community Q & A - zona - Jun 13, 2017 Hey! I just wanted to ask you this.. Why does so many people get banned for f.example: FearRP or FailRP ? I know it depends on the FailRP and the case but what about FearRP? Why not use the Warning system that Burnett created more often for cases like this. RE: Staff to community Q & A - yutgjctguc - Jun 13, 2017 (Jun 13, 2017, 09:52 PM)Zona Wrote: Hey! I think if "the guy" breaks FearRP several times, then he gets banned. But yeah, IMO warning system should be used more. That is what bans and blacklists are for. To punish players that break the rules on purpose, not for situations when they didn't actually know about Fearp or wish to fix their mistakes. The warning system tbh I don't use often as I never really thought it was useful. The staff are inactive most of the time, the moderators are more active than the admins/HR, I understand they have jobs and university for education however wouldn't it better to promote fresh new staff for more activity? I mean if you're staff member obviously you have to be active in the servers to administrate because you're a staff member otherwise you should just resign. For example @Barkles @Pinky are admins right, they play CS:GO most of the time so therefore they obviously have spare time to administrate LL as well however they are inactive. Barkles join LL and play for maybe 5-15 minutes then disconnect and won't be seen in LL for quiet a while. Pinky well he's more inactive than Barkles anyway. So they should resign if they can't be bothered to administrate in LL anymore and they can play as much CS:GO as they please without having any power and position in LL that they don't even need. Exactly this. It amazes me how inactive admins, who essentially have no idea what is going on in this community, are still able to have such a big say in everything. It's weird how admins that are further away from the community have ultimate rule over players that actually love and cherish this community here. RE: Staff to community Q & A - Obay - Jun 14, 2017 Just to justify my Inactivity (In-Game) I will be returning from a scheduled leave on the 18th of this month due to demanding IRL hobbies, which have been on going for 5 months now. Luckily this is a one time thing. I will return to full duties on that date. Apologies on my behalf and my lack of work on the server recently. Just in the interest of communication. As I mentioned before. Changes will come to how our staff team works, resolving this issue.
