Also, there is a way to stop this. Majority of the countries are too PC to do anything cause it might offend someone.

Just wondering, what do you propose a country do to stop this? There is no way in my eyes to stop attacks like this.

As in most terrorist attacks the perpetrators were known by the authorities way before the attacks are carried out. Why the hell were they still allowed to be in the country? Why not deport them as soon as they find out that they have radical connections? Doing this would certainly lower the risk of terror attacks.

I do agree with you there, however there are more and more home grown terrorists that are springing up and you can't kick someone out who is a citizen. While a good amount of these attackers are from other countries, they become US citizens and then are not able to be deported. If we just look at attacks in the US in the past year or two, the 2016 New York and New Jersey Bombings, 2016 Minnesota Mall Stabbing, 2016 Pulse Nightclub Shooting, 2015 San Bernardino Attack, and many more, the perpetrators were either US citizens born in the US or US citizens that were naturalized.
