The same ones that hacked the 2016 election results in the United States, or maybe it was just a bunch of whiny fruitcakes who didn't get their way and had to blame it on something, well of course that must be it, for only liberals can have such vivid child-like imagination of the world.

You find the file extensions and just download a reader for the files and open them.
You open the files and they appear to be just these four images of a dorm room.
