Just to double check, when you run said command, do you have any issues on the server like the ones shown in the first post or you are just missing the textures you showed in a more recent post?

So you are no longer having the issue in the first post right? You are missing the textures shown before and the weird sounds?

I'd like to confirm that the invisible GUI and etc isn't due to you overloading your CPU or other resources.
Could you please open up Task Manager, then open your "Performance" tab during your gameplay session? When you notice the issue occuring, check the Performance tab and screenshot for me?

If you guys are still missing those materials, try downloading v33x map fix packs. Those solved that issue for me.
