There's no real issue, surely peoples, SURELY you've got a life outside of the computer? For me I'm going to my nearest village for the day spending time with my girlfriend.

No. In your servers Administration Plugin, you have a txt / Lua file that informs the server which steam ids are banned and for how long.
As for the website, they'll just forward the MySQL into the new host

It is rather frustrating having to wait and we're just as eager to play again as you all are, but rest-assured we are working on it and making great progress. I do believe that we're close to being ready so not long now guys.

I agree I would either like ingame money or my membership refunded I did not pay 10 pound for an offline server
