There are 2 stages of moderator:
Stage 1: have limited commands while they learn the ropes and are evaluated by staff to see if they are suitable to be promoted to stage 2,
Stage 2: have longer ban period and I believe that have more commands at hand to help them do their job.
They will then be promoted to Admin, however this is not for certain.
Cameron has been bumped to stage 2 as he is an old staff member of the community and therefore can be trusted to do the job.
