It's the recording, higher quality textures than the current model, plus it's the PI instead of a Taurus SHO with police parts slapped on.
As a side note, the regular Taurus is fairly popular. Adding the current model as a civilian car (obviously minus the Photon) would be a nice addition

+support However, I don't think that some of those skins should be on the server such as the one for Pittsburgh due to the fact that well thats in PA and Minnesota and that isn't exactly close lol. If some of the skins were removed I would fully support

Ill give it a +Support.
I tested the control and the speed of the old 2010 Taurus, the 2013 Taurus and a Volvo S60 police car by LW (I liked the Volvo and it drives nice, and I thot it might be good for the job). The 2010 Taurus was the fastest in time but the control over it was awful. The 2013 Taurus was 3rd at speed and whit the best control (Its was grate at turns). And finally the Volvo S60 was 2nd in speed and 2nd with the control (The Volvo S60 by LW isnt bad, I love it but to be good at driving it in like a car chase you need to learn first, cuse the Volvo loves to drift).
I think we can say that the 2013 Taurus is in 1st place then the S60 and then the old 2010 Taurus.
So yeh a huge +Support on changing the old 2010 Taurus to the 2013 Taurus.

Speed/control aren't much of an issue, they can be tweaked to be identical to the current one.
