I have considered joining many organisations similar to this recently, however Merryweather got my interest. Division 3: This division is for transporting goods, ammunition, armaments and valuables. They come well equipped and trained, and will always have additional security on stand-by.
Thats the problem here. Its really hard to accept someone for a military organization without any military experience. Try to get some Military Experience and re-apply if you want. (In this case youre allowed to re-apply in 13 days again)

I grew up in Arkhangelsk, or Archangel, in the year 1953 in a small apartment complex in the suburbs. When I was little my father abused my mother every night after he came home from work, in his drunken rage.
When I was a teenager I told him that he was the embodiment of evil so I killed him after he put my mother into hospital because she 'fell down the stairs'.
After I killed my father at the age of 16 I grabbed my briefcase and fled to St. Petersburg and worked there for 3 years as a pharacy assistant. Eventually the police arrested me and I spent the next 12 years in prison. After I got out I moved to Moscow and began to work in the Russian Army as a spetsnaz operative. I worked for 8 years and was damn good at it. Later I moved to Novgorod, there I came into contact with a local crime boss and became what you would call a Mercenary for hire. I got wealthy, because I was good at what I did. I was a wanted man for the occupational hazard in my work so I fled to the United States and finally settled in the city of Rockford.
The rest is history...

Why are you applying? I am but an old man now looking for his last glory in life before I pass in my sleep, or a knife in my throat. Whichever comes first.
Why do you want to join Merryweather Security? I have a very particular set of skills and experience which would make me an asset to Merryweather.
What can you bring to Merryweather Security? I'm independent and can take orders without hesitation or question. When I am in the field I am no longer a man, I become a machine with it's only purpose is the assigned mission.
Do you have any military experience?
I served six years in the Russian Military as a Spetsnaz Special-Op infiltrator and Sniper with 36 confirmed kills. As a mercenary I did the dirty work of the highest bidder for a couple of years. Mostly guarding rich assholes fancy mansions and escorting them. Other times I did one or two 'removal jobs' for particularly wanted men with a hefty bounty.
