Well cool cool. To conclude this: I've taken in all your points and thanks for posting. As for my opinion on what you've said; a lot of you focus on one or two negative things, which is fine, but try to look at the big picture. I've been here a long-time and I personally think I've done a lot more good for RP than ruin lives. So yes, thank you for your posts and I'll work on the constructive comments.

Honestly I think you're really childish the way you take things way too personally in almost every situation, a great example is; How I made a suggestion about Live Events in general and you took it as a personal attack and said that anyone who didn't like the idea of the live events and me (The person who made the suggestion) will no longer be able to join your events because I openly shared my opinion about Live Events in general and NOT about yours.
+ The fact that you openly admitted on enjoying pissing me off just because I made the suggestion, and going on the server taking my clan name and using it for one of your RP events.
+ You barely do your job as an administrator (RP events don't count)
If anything made me less interested in going on limelight is your forced RP events and your attitude as an admin. And honestly, after how childish you've been and how stupidly and immaturely you've handle situations, personally I don't think you're fitting for the admin role. And my god I really hope no one is going to vote for you for SA.

I have been with you in some events , i can remember well the "Titanic rp" , was very good , i still remember some "opera rp" , in general u had made some good rps , i also sometimes like agressive rps , witch u are almost the uniq guy who does , about you as person and admin , well not only you but since we are talking about you , in my perspective u should be more "active" because its very rare to see you answer to any calls , about your mature , theres some admins here need to grow up (special you), peprhaps isnt their fault at all , since some must be young boys yet , but for you mate , dont be shy , if you think u need some opinion you can always ask to some staff or me or some players , theres few players here with huge maturity , like Blackdog , Toxic ,SirWulf , Burnett , The Rock (he real asshole) this is example.
Very mature for you having create such discussion , most off them would be crying or rude to players , looks like you wanna change somethings and have some advices : )

After thinking for quite some time about the contents of this post; I would be nitpicking to say anything truly negative about the way you administrate. We each have small little personality traits and issues, if we all denounced each other for our personalities what kind of administration team would we end up with? You do things your own way, sometimes that intervenes with the way other people do things.
You take it upon yourself to add a flare to the server by hosting events that may sometimes get a little out of hand but you will improvise to
make them work. Any problems you have in regards to administration are usually because you allocate your focus to your roleplays as opposed to the people trying to ruin them; which I found myself doing aswell when I was an administrator.
To conclude; I think you have some minor problems that arise every so often due to a disagreement between you and one other staff members but we all do every so often, that doesn't set you apart. You either settle these issues and move on or hold a grudge from my experience.
PS:
Please for the love of all that is holy do not start a trend with these [Discuss] threads, the last time it got alot of people pissed off
and alot of threads closed.
