Great idea, however I could see some people abusing this. If there are no medics available, the wait to die is already very very long. I could see some people using CPR to extend the agony. If it could be possible to have this feature only when a Paramedic is available, then I would probably lean more towards the +support then.

CPR should be a thing only if:
- You have a special CPR kit of some sort, this is to prevent paramedics being useless.
- The person are trying to CPR isn't shot, because you really give someone CPR if they're shot in the head or 6 times in the body.
