Great to see everyone's happy!

The system was a merge between all the ideas posted on the discussion thread. We wanted a system which had the incentive to RP, but didn't make anybody look like a  'better' Roleplayer just because of a number next to their name.

Sounds about right. Remove the RPP system, and replace it with a RPP per job system.

This isnt much different from RPP's, but the goal of this system is to reward people that RP well. Some previously RPP items will be restricted to commendations. Take the SWAT van as an example, you would for example need 7 SWAT commendations to be able to use it.

How would Roleplaying as a Citizen and doing Custom RPS that aren't native to the game work will there be Citizen Commendations?

You will probably get the commendation in the job that you were when you got the commendation. Most rewards have yet to be decided (*whips staff*)

You have many opportunities as long as the job slot is open to you. RPing as SWAT is not simply needed for gunfights.
