I know people IRL who grow weed (oooh bad manz) and they're not exactly mob bosses or gangsters.

It shouldnt even require a custom job to do, here in B.C Canada people can get a permit to grow for medical purposes, up to 80 plants.
We already allow people to print money, produce heroin, and now cook meth, makes absolutely no sense to draw the line at weed

tho civvies themselves without custom jobs should be able to do this, because a lot of "normal" people irl do weed, and they're not criminals
