Ragdoll posing starts off hard as most people try to only use the Physics gun. However, if you find the right tool addons and find the time needed for it then it becomes easy quickly and is really fun/relaxing to do. I spent 2 hours today on one thinking it only took 5 minutes.

Main tools I use:
Tool 1
Tool 2
Animation tool

Video I used to help me start:
Click me
Watch the video over a few times to understand it better, re-watch the area's you do not understand (It helps!). Also, I have found that my 'Tool 1' does not work very well on the v33x map, it is a bit buggy sometimes. I am not sure if it is just me. Just a warning. It does not crash the game or anything, just buggy.

Yeah. This was only something quick, and got kinda into it quite a bit so I forgot the map I was on until it was time for the picture to be taken.
