Not really. And even if you were RDM'd you could post a refund request or contact an administrator.

Maybe. It seems more a darkRP thing tbh. I just rather not worry about dieing because I can't make my way to the nearest bank after a weapons deal. Also the forums would be messy with constant refund requests.
Just my opinion.

I'm going to +support this, it never made sense to me how we carry hundreds of thousands of dollars around with us wherever we go, and dropping held money on death would certainly deter some people from spontaneous agressiveRP. It just seems like a natural step in the evolution of the economic side of the gamemode.

The idea of a bank shared between clans also sounds like it would work very well. I'm not familiar with the ARC system so I don't know its limitations, however it would be nice to see the ability for high ranking clan members to have access to logs of who has withdrawn/deposited what and when, and also to specify who can do what, maybe even putting restrictions on specific items, so members can only withdraw items relevant to their role in the clan.

About the refund requests, I can't see them being a problem. Now, people may be carrying weapons/kevlar/equipment and be R/CDM'd. There is not a substantial amount of refund requests due to incidents like this, and I can't see a significant increase from this feature.

Just my two cents, sorry if the grammar is a bit off it's 3am and at this point I'm just writing whatever comes into my head.

There will be multiple ATMs throughout the Map to withdraw cash however vaults for items would have an NPC somewhere on the map ideally Bank

A question, If the item part is implemented, wouldn't it make pockets useless? And if they are useless its another part of the donor package that would be useless.
