If you feel that someone has had a miss judgement then go ahead and request a UBR that's what it's there for.

As for the fix your attitude part, I wasn't there in the sit but by judging your attitude from another sit and the fact I had to issue an OOC BL the other day I could see possibly why Welker told you to fix it.
