Apologies for the long wait. I discussed your situation with the team, and due to your punishment history that you gained in such a short time, we believe the only way we can unban you is if you return in probation.
Due to your extensive history and low hours, we deemed a year in probation to be fit.

Do you accept a 1 year, general probation?
Also please note that if you do get punished again, it'll be harder for you to appeal.
