Dan, you have other officers on the force, not just the one near you. You could've called it in. As I said, shooting someone dead is something to be taken seriously and not done often, killing someone because they might commit a dangerous crime isn't a valid reason to do it.
Therefore, you've broken rule 11.7 and will also receive a blacklist from Police and Weapons.
