We are glad that you are feeling better and we are glad to hear from you again, however regardless of your issues it is not something we can use as an excuse for your actions. Even after being banned for the CDM you proceed to use another account to connect to our servers.
As of now, this thread and appeal will be closed and denied, feel free to post an appeal later on in the future if you wish to be unbanned.
