Is the event like over the whole map, something similar like .. dead city (I think it was called like that).
It was just basicly survive with some mini events in the event, there were players buildiing their own bases all over the map (It was on v33x).
One group occupying the Corleone village while others were just barricading in stores.
Is it something like that or just something that effects the hospital area?

So the event is spread out all over the map, Richard Drive will be converted into a town suitable for survivin
You can barricade shops and find places to stay and survive
