Currently moderators have yellow, I think S2+ can set a colour and SAs have a colour rotation.
Personally I find it helps make staff stand out in a crowd which has come in handy for me in the past. Because of this -support.

Currently only staff has different colors, people might Start to think that the person in the distance is a staff member
