This happened during Stell was on so I asked him to post on it, if he dealt with the corrupt part that'll be left out but the first part of the report will be handled.

I demoted Ricky at the end due to him being arrested for the charges.
I watched most of what happened in the holding cells and the reason for his arrest was valid to me so I arrested him.
I wasn't watching in-game what was happening in the first part of the video only the final part for the arrest.

The second part containing the SWAT etc was dealt in-game so I'll not deal with it.
The first part, the police have a hard time directing Apex, but they do in the end. The perspective doesn't show major FearRP breakages, only minor delays, though still not okay.
Apex also talked OOC with voice and calling them cry babies. Which is not okay. He also called the police "autistic" which I can't be sure if it was OOC or IC, although he used voice to talk OOC as well.
Although his behaviour was not okay, I do not believe a ban is required here, from the evidence shown.
However, if Apex continues the insults etc in OOC means from now on, it won't be dealt with a warning. Please do not insult people and if you feel you are losing your cool, mute your mic and use text.
Approving this for Apex, denying it for others.
