Minge 1 got 30 props when joining the server, not enough to crash the server in a "decent" way. So Minge 1 gets his friend online, Minge 2. Both share their prop-limit so Minge 1 got a prop limit of 60, enough to crash the server.

Hours do not determine RP capabilties, also if someone comes on solely to minge and crash the server they won’t know this command even exists
And theoretically there is nothing stopping Wesley giving me his props and me using 600 to crash the server, you just trust we won’t because of our hours. Which Ian predujice and unfair

If minge 1 gets his friend online, and they both spawn 60 props separately it's just as likely to cause a server crash.

You can crash the server with 2 props if they wanted to. Prop count doesn't matter when it comes to that. However, a REP or Hour restriction is definitely needed for this.
