As long as:
- The ability to raid and rob the gas station and its owner is allowed because "gas prices are too high"
- A rule is implemented to state that owning the doors to the gas station must mean the owner is putting the building to proper RP use and not just disappearing after buying the doors
- You can only own 1 gas station at a time to influence "gas station wars". If one gas station has lower prices than the other, eventually someone will have to decide to be the more expensive station. This would really influence people not to have their prices too high if they don't want to face the consequences
- You are charged more for "more expensive fuel??" by having the price higher. Maybe you are charged 10% of what you're charging every 30 minutes or so by the Government?

If I set my gas prices to be (I don't know how the server actually works the prices out) 5k for a 0% to 100% refuel (empty to full tank), I should be charged 10% of that every x minutes.
I set my price to 5k per full tank, I'm charged $500 every 30 minutes for running it. Now that I think about it it should be every 10 minutes or so. This means that if you don't make 10 sales in those 10-30 minutes, you're losing money instead of gaining.
