I mean, it is a logical statement. It isn’t racist but is pure fact. African culture in these urban environments has skewed the language since their entrance into society. It can be seen as a positive or a negative, but it is a fact of life that when another culture enters a set culture, the invading culture can change or alter the set culture drastically in some circumstances. It can be said about any invasive culture.
