RE: Workshop again - Project - Apr 30, 2018

Does it happen every time? If so can you post everything the console prints AFTER it is done downloading?

Also is steam/gmod on your main drive (C:/)?

@"Nudelsalat im panzer", are you still having this issue?

RE: Workshop again - Nudel - May 10, 2018

It is still an issue for me and slowkiller.

I doubt that there's a solution for the problem to be honest. The problem is known and many people got it but it seems like there is just no fix. I can only pause it every time.

Which console? My game is not open whilst it is trying to download. It is a steam workshop download.

I always pause the download if it appears so it is not that much of an issue anymore. It is just really annoying.

@"Nudelsalat im Panzer"

Have you attempted to remove just the out-dated GMA files you have seen and see how Steam Workshop responds to it?

I've tried that. It works for some time but after a new log-in it just occur again.

According to some discussions on steam and other forums this is a pretty common problem with the steam-workshop/garry's mod-workshop itself. For some people it seems to just download all this stuff over and over again, for others it just disappear after a couple of weeks.

Thread can be closed. Still thanks for all the help. I appreciate it.
