More of the internal works of the staff team as the majority of how things work and are dealt with are unclear asf to us

Well as stated in this thread if anyone wants to know something etc just reply here. Obviously not everything can be public it's just not possible to operate that way.
Altho since your a perm banned player your not eligible to make such requests

Why should I not be eligible to make such requests, any request I make could potentially apply to dozens if not hundreds of people and no one else thought to ask?

To guess, because you're not on the server, and thus moderation doesn't effect you, plus you wouldn't have any knowledge of what goes on in-server?
