If it was on the ceiling, how was he supposed to reasonably expect it to be there, yet alone see it?

My take on this is that even if the keypads were where you say they were, It's still be a violation of our rules about keypads being in clear view and their purposes also made clear. If you were to be following this, I would expect to see keypads in those screenshots perfectly clear, however this wasn't the case.
You also have a track record for building dodgy bases, and I hope the punishment given will show this. Take the opportunity to reflect on proper building standards, and utilise the Help & Support section of the forums to ask any questions if needs be.
Player will be issued with a week's suspension plus 3 hour PTE blacklist due to his recent prior for a similar offense.
