Literally had a foot pursuit that lasted 10 minutes because no matter what we did, we couldn’t stop the runner. No matter ambushing, flanking, or trying to outsmart the runner, the steroid spam just allowed him to stay out of taser range for everyone involved. I don’t see how this isn’t an issue. You can continue to spam them, but there will be negatives to doing so, and maybe even lethal ones.
