I need to learn RP the situations out. With this I mean like President's driving around without SSA or something like this.
But FearRP or propkilling the whole server is a pr from me

Pres can drive without security. It’s his risk to go out without them.

It’s allowed. Never been told otherwise. If there is no rule regarding it, it’s most likely a grey area.
