If you base with massive fortifications etc all most people do is bait the goverment to get raided. It just increases aggressive rp when what people want is passive rp, aswell as if your basing noone will come to your libary rp or anything cause there to busy contra whoring whilst watching youtube or something, atleast if your cutting wood you are driving around and may notice some rp's you might want to check out instead of /advert dont come to richard drive, its corleone's territory.

No, ive seen a fair few consistant dealer rp's, but none of wich have involved a good use of /me or /it. Most of it involves going and asking people 'want some weed?' paying and then leaving

That attitude doesn't really work out... Do you see how much woodcutting inflates the economy? Since woodcutting items such as SCAR-H's have become worthless as you can get them in about 10minutes of woodcutting instead of a decent amount of time from other jobs.
