This forum is called Staff Reports. Soviethooves is a member of staff and he was reported, so the report belongs here. The subforum is for reports of abusive or otherwise inappropriate conduct. Breaking the rules is inappropriate conduct. I don't really see the issue with this being here.

Staff Report approved, as the accused was found in violation of server rules. As this was not an isolated incident, the staff member in question has been demoted.
