As request by Enzyme I shall add this input:
Those messages to -------- were sent 4 days before any negotiations between me and bananen began, making it irrelevant (in my opinion) to the original case. In addition to this, I understand the way I phrased it was incredibly poor however my intentions were not what they may appear. That statement was not intended as blackmail, and was infact intended as "We have history together, do you still trust me". - This can be made apparent by the fact said images were never spread even though he never gave me anything, which is what would've happened had I been blackmailing him.

And reminding of your past can be done other ways. The way you used and the way you used was openly blackmailing, you tried to use it for him to give you the item.
Faustin, I already warned you about lying in the courthouse using wordplay or similar doesn't change the fact that you are doing so.

If I was "blackmailing" him, surely I would've released the images when he didn't give me the items. I will not comment further unless specifically requested by an administrator.

After an internal discussion and voting, we've come to the conclusion that the accused player Faustin has been found guilty of scamming or attempting to scam a player as well as blackmailing another player.
A permanent ban has been issued.
The money has been "confiscated" and will be refunded to the reporting player.
