Denied.
The reason for the denial, the shot was valid due to you being a danger to your surroundings and people. You had multiple cops on you throughout the pursuit and they failed to stop you, with you being a continuing threat it is reasonable they shot to stop your vehicle.
12.12b - You can shoot at fleeing vehicles only if the drivers are armed and dangerous or if they are clearly a threat to citizen/officers with the way they are driving.
