Added a commands list command in Revision 4286. Not a perfect solution, but might help slightly until we reduce the number of /commands.

It doesn't have to be a command, it could easily be made into a SWEP. So when you use it from inventory, you get the Map SWEP, then when you left-click, a pop up comes up of the map. When you release the left-click, it goes away. Could be a really simple task.

First of all - nobody would force you to use the map so you could still explore it by yourself.
I also updated the main post. It's now a 'Map Item' which can be bought for 500$.
