Quite depressing to see that the didn't even start to work on the map changed after they adverted in-game several times.

Nope. Sometimes the web panel is slow to refresh. Your vote only counts once.

A few people said they could vote multiple times, I've checked the DB where the votes are saved to and it is not the case, you can only vote once.

Issue when connecting through IPV6 has been solved, if you are connecting through IPV6 rather than IPV4 you'll be asked to sign in through steam in order to be able to vote.
Thanks @Mathias for the idea.
On top of this a button has been added in order to undo your vote.

It isn't. It will be considered once we have both votes accounted for.
