No but according to the clan war rules they can continue to attack and if you've attacked in the past then it still counts as general warfare.

So technically if you're refusing to fight then they're already winning.

I mean it is a war, but FUMUKU refuses to stoop to their opponent's level. It would ruin their reputation of being a professional and organized group. If they just started KOSing SPECTRE members, it would just ruin the fact that this is a RP server that involves other ways of communication that don't involve a bullet through the chest.

Atleast I don't use a contradicted set of rules to KOS players and void our whole point being a RP server, but that's none of my business.
