It'll get rid of some of your stuff, but I'm unsure if it'll require you to redownload content and the map.

Place it in the folder \common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps

Then, unsubscribe to all of your addons and then delete them from \common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
