Let's keep in mind this is a support topic aimed to assist @"Sharpshooter" in his issue.
Sharpshooter, when you next get access to your PC, please ensure your model settings are on High and that you have the map properly downloaded from this thread. If that doesn't help you, I'll run you through a couple of steps to see if we can find the issue!
Feel free to take your time in doing this.
