Back on FL they sold for a lot because nobody knew how. Players wouldn't know how to make them so they would pay for them instead. aka great way to make money.

As stated, it is a money maker. Since most tools are unusable, that is only way of making a "thruster". Showing everyone how to re-make a thurster would highly decrease the price of dupes. Most at the moment go from 100k to even 1 million if it is a high quality build.
Showing everyone how to do will knock them prices waaay down to like 20k odd. Go ahead but pro builders are gonna hate.
