Its getting a bit redicilous now. Why should someone make coca-cola in a warehouse... together with plants and pots? Really?

Did you not read "And do not say "why were you also producing flower pots". Many warehouses are often split between small companies who are in no way related."

So... you want to tell me that in a small warehouse coca-cola + flowers/pots are getting produced? 
1. That wouldnt work because of the space.
There are 3 floors, all with enough space to fit over 150 people.
2. That wouldnt work because its forbidden to produce non-food items in the SAME building together with food-items.
