Afraid this isn't browser related and lies on the forum side. As Project rightly explained, the transition from one forum software to another caused some people's profiles to corrupt for unknown reasons, meaning no one can access that profile until it's resolved.
Retagging developers so they can take a look at this.

Hi @Michael, thanks to Faustie, your profile appears to be functioning again. Seeing as the issue has been resolved, this thread will be closed and moved to the archive.

The user could not access his profile due to an SQL error.
A developer fixed the issue for this particular profile.
