I've attempted:
- Providing my own map file.
- Verifying game cache.
- Enabling -condebug and -window.
- Reviewing console.log
Nothing out of the ordinary is happening and @"ChosenKuN" has hardware more than capable of running everything Limelight uses, as it's very similar to my own. He has an i5 6600k & GTX 970 vs the same CPU and a GTX 1060 on my side. Any input from others would be appreciated at this point.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide any solution. This is definately a client-side issue. Nothing I can do for you @"ChosenKuN"
What's your internet speed?

It is 100 mb
But if the server is far it be 4 or 5mb @Burnett

Alright, the firewall does not catch up on you, that is good. Your connection is not a problem then.
Please remove the .ain file (Garrysmod/garrysmod/download/maps/graphs/rp_evocity_v4b1.ain) and verify your game cache. Try again please.

Still stuck at the same place for 3 sec and then give me a letter says (your maps differ from the server)

Have you REALLY tried this map? https://limelightgaming.net/forums/thread-11091.html It is important. Please try that map AGAIN if you already have.

I formated my pc so no i didn't tried this map after the format, I will try to join with it soon as i can.

Please download this map:
https://fastdl.limelightgaming.net/maps/RP_EvoCity_v4b1.bsp.bz2
Extract the bz2 and put the bsp into your maps folder. After that please verify your game cache and try again
